We are a family owned company located in Los Angeles. We started with a 4 plex in Bakersfield, California in 2008 and have since acquired over 15,000 units in key metropolitan areas. We are deeply committed to the markets we invest in and strive to hold all our assets long term.
We have acquired, entitled, financed and developed multiple core infill sites throughout California.
