Fig + York is a ground up 21 unit multi-family project located in Highland Park. The building has half a level of subterranean parking, a gym on the ground floor and two units designated extremely low income. The building is gated, secure, and has camera monitoring systems throughout. The interior units feature sealed industrial floors and high ceilings throughout which resemble loft style units.
