The Wilder is near completion in East Hollywood, Los Angeles. The project will have 92 units with 11 units designated for Extremely Low Income households. The building consists of studios, one and two bedroom units. The ground floor consists of co-working office space for the residents along with conference rooms and a community recreation room. There are several roof decks and open space throughout.
